Bud Genovese is founder and Chairman of AuditOne LLC. Mr. Genovese has over 25 years experience working within banks and developing and implementing internal audit methodologies. Past President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, Mr. Genovese is a Certified Bank Auditor, a Certified Financial Systems Auditor, a Certified Information Systems Auditor, and a Certified Risk Professional. He served as in-house Chief Auditor for Pacific Western Bank, a $1 billion community business bank based in San Jose, CA. Bud has also held numerous internal audit management positions for various banks including County Bank & Trust of Santa Cruz, CA, and Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, CA. Mr. Genovese holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University and a Masters in Business Administration from Golden Gate University. He is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Banking School and UC Berkeley Network Engineering Program.
Kevin K. Watson has 22 years of experience in the banking and auditing industries. He’s held CEO, CFO, and chief credit and compliance officer positions at southern California community business banks. He earned a Master of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Iowa, and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Prior to his career in banking, Watson worked in Chicago as a CPA with Ernst and Whinney, and as an internal auditor with Morton International.
Jeremy D. Taylor has extensive banking experience spanning credit, lending, marketing, IRR/ALM and strategic planning, with a particular focus on risk management. He studied economics at Carleton University, the London School of Economics and UCLA, has taught economics and finance courses at various US and Canadian universities, and has published many articles in banking journals. He also holds a CFA designation.
Marv Chen, Director of Product Development, has 16 years experience in financial services. He’s served as IT Director and Compliance Officer for financial institutions, and held a variety of key internal audit, compliance and technical positions at large regional financial services, insurance firms and community business banks. Marv earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC Davis and is a CISSP and CISA.
